Défi Corsar : a unique charity Adventure

Port Vauban is proud to be associated with the Défi Cors’AR, by welcoming the catamaran CapNémo. On August 26th, at 9am, 4 swimmers, Loic Métais, Frédéric Roméra, Axel Vander Elst and Giuliana Braga, will start from the Gravette beach to swim in relays, night and day, in 2 hour intervals, to their destination, Calvi.
Once they arrive in Calvi, the sporting adventure will give way to an unprecedented human challenge, as the swimmers will be joined in the water by 5 participants, engaged in the adventure through the HopeTeamEast association, an association specialising in the accompaniment through sport of sick people, dealing with cancer or chronic illness.
