The following provisions describe the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Vieux Port de Cannes (Old Port of Cannes) website (www.leportdecannes.com), the editor of which is the Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie métropolitaine et territoriale Nice Côte d’Azur (CCI Nice Côte d’Azur), the Nice-Côte d’Azur Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

You acknowledge that you are aware of these conditions and you undertake to comply with them.

Purpose of the website

The purpose of this website is to present the activities and services of the Old Port of Cannes. To this end, it presents, namely:

  • services related to leisure boating and yachting in the Port and the procedure for booking them;
  • services related to cruises departing from Cannes, as well as stopovers;
  • boat trips available to tourists from the Vieux Port de Cannes;
  • services related to boatyard activities, and the procedure for booking them;
  • services related to the organisation of events, especially spaces for hire within the port perimeter;
  • services related to parking, especially for Pantiero car park.

Among other things, this website also provides access to the following:

  • the port’s webcam;
  • the weather forecast;
  • instructions for entering the port;
  • the maritime regulations;
  • latest news about the port and its activities, in the form of diverse articles, photos and videos.

The information published online is either produced by CCI Nice Côte d’Azur, possibly in collaboration with professionals, or by third-party contributors.
You can consult this information, mainly via the web pages containing articles, videos, guides, electronic journals and hypertext links (to another Website of CCI Nice Côte d’Azur or the Websites of partners or professionals).

If you do not fulfil your payment obligations, you are liable to be placed on an “exclusion list”. In this case, your information will be kept as long as the litigation procedure is in progress and the enforcement proceedings have not been completed.

3. You are bound to comply with the aforementioned legal and regulatory provisions, the breach of which is punishable by criminal sanctions. Discussion forum, comments
