The annual contract is for vessels less than 12.99 metres in overall length and 4.30 metres in berth width.
Important: the width specified refers to the width of the mooring berth. To ensure safe mooring, the maximum width of the vessel must be approximately 20 cm less than that of the berth, to allow for the space occupied by the fenders. Example: for a berth listed as 4.30 m wide, the maximum permissible width of the vessel is 4.10 m.
For vessels wider than 4.10 m that fall into a higher category (Q), we can offer usage guarantee contracts for 5, 10 or 20 years. To explore this option, please contact our sales department, who will be able to assist you with the procedures and associated conditions.
Berths under annual contracts are allocated based on your position on the waiting list and subject to availability. To register, please visit the harbour office with proof of identity; we will carefully consider your application.
We offer an annual contract that can be renewed each year simply by visiting the port office. To renew, bring your signed contract, your ship’s original documents and proof of valid insurance.

On 1 January 2022, guarantee of use contracts (CGUs) replaced the berth lease scheme for vessels over 13 metres long. This type of contract guarantees the signatory a berth in a specific port zone.
Although it does not ensure a specific private berth, it represents an opportunity to secure a berth in the port for up to 21 years in return for a financial contribution to the new port building works.
