“Ecole au port” in Antibes

On Thursday, April 9, Port Vauban welcomed four classes from Guynemer Elementary School in Antibes, ranging from CE1 to CM1, as part of the “Ecole au Port” initiative.
During the day, students took part in themed workshops led by local stakeholders, including the Via Patrimonia project (CCINCA), the Sea and Coastal Department of the City of Antibes Juan-les-Pins, Lycée Jacques Dolle, the Société des Régates d’Antibes, the Aventure Pluriel association, the Prud’homie de Pêche, SNSM Antibes, the Antibes nautical brigade and Ecocean.
These workshops explored topics such as sustainable development, port-related professions and maritime heritage, offering students a hands-on introduction to the port environment.
