Every day, we provide a professional team to support you at every stage of your stay in Port Vauban.
Thanks to a dedicated team, we support you from your arrival at the port to your departure and provide a wide range of services and facilities.
Fully mindful of the impact of port activities on aquatic and coastal environments, Port Vauban has introduced a voluntary environmental management approach. It focuses on combatting chronic and accidental pollution, training port staff, raising port users’ awareness and implementing actions fostering biodiversity.
Port Vauban is committed to protecting the sea and marine life and ensuring they remain intact for future generations.
Today, Port Vauban offers its clients a clean, healthy and preserved environment, which remains one of its priorities.
Our environmental approach has led to us being awarded the “Ports Propres” (clean ports) certification, the only European certification specific to marinas (obtained in 2014 and renewed in 2017 and 2020), and the “Ports Propres Actifs en Biodiversité” (clean harbour fostering biodiversity) certification in November 2021.
We provide the infrastructure required for the responsible management of your waste free of charge. This includes a household waste container with different sections for waste sorting and a collection point for toxic waste (used oils, bilge water, hydrocarbons, coolant, filters, batteries, fire extinguishers, soiled packaging/materials, electrical and electronic waste, and cooking oils).
Contact the lookout to ask for a port agent’s help with wastewater.
Port Vauban provides 24/7 security via our security station, 171 cameras, security guard rounds (night and day) and controlled access. Night lighting has also been specially designed.
