Recreational sea fishing: new requirements

As part of current regulations regarding recreational sea fishing, the RecFishing application is now available to manage registration and catch declarations.
For recreational sea fishers (outside regulated marine park areas), registration is mandatory via the RecFishing or Catchmachine application. Registration is valid for 12 months.
Catch declaration is mandatory for three species: bluefin tuna, pink dentex and dolphinfish. Declaration remains optional for other species.
The RecFishing and Catchmachine applications are available on the App Store and Android platforms.
